ASAP offers training under Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence”, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of adults in today’s digital environment. The trainings help participants develop practical skills for working with digital technologies, applicable both in professional and everyday contexts.
Training under Key Competence 4 – Digital Competence
Our training programmes under Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence” are structured into three consecutive levels. They allow participants to develop their skills step by step – from basic knowledge to advanced proficiency in digital tools.
Basic Level
(Levels 1 & 2 according to DigComp)
The Basic Level of Key Competence 4 introduces participants to fundamental digital skills, terminology and tools. It is suitable for individuals with limited experience in using computers and the internet, providing a solid foundation for progressing to higher levels.
Intermediate Level
(Levels 3 & 4 according to DigComp)
The Intermediate Level develops practical skills for working with widely used digital technologies, applications and online services. It is suitable for participants with basic knowledge who wish to strengthen their skills for more effective work in a professional environment.
Advanced Level
(Levels 5 & 6 according to DigComp)
The Advanced Level is designed for participants who already possess fundamental digital skills and wish to further develop them. The programme builds competencies for working with more complex applications, data and modern technologies.

Description
The trainings are developed in accordance with the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp). They build essential digital skills for working with computer systems, applications and internet services.

Target group
The trainings are intended for adults wishing to enhance or improve their digital literacy. They are suitable for both beginners and participants with experience.

Duration
The training hours are determined according to the approved modules of the voucher-based training programme of the Employment Agency and vary depending on the selected level (basic, intermediate or advanced).

Training format
The trainings are conducted in synchronous distance-learning mode through the ASAP training platform, ensuring real-time participation, interactivity and flexibility.

Training venue
Training is delivered remotely through ASAP’s online training platform. Access details and instructions are provided to participants in advance.

Required documents
Participation requires documents in accordance with the requirements of the Employment Agency – an identity document, a training voucher issued by the Agency, and completed forms and declarations, where applicable.

How to join
Those wishing to participate must submit an application to the Employment Agency for the issuance of a voucher. After receiving the voucher, they register with us by email or phone.
