The management's objectives and policies for environmental management

The main objective of our company is to ensure the protection of the environment through appropriate management of processes and organizational structures.

Management acknowledges its responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving the Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the following principles:

  • Identifying environmental aspects and possible risks arising from the activity in the most accurate manner possible is our responsibility.
  • Continuous improvement in environmental protection and pollution prevention, which can be achieved by continuously monitoring the progress of processes, reducing the risk of pollution, and improving the performance of the EMS.
  • Compliance with legislation - the company adheres to the current regulatory framework as well as any environmental requirements.
  • Implementation, maintenance, and documentation - the EMS is documented, implemented, and maintained by management.
  • Publicity and People's Involvement: The management publicizes the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policy and its related goals, and strives to create appropriate conditions that stimulate its employees to fully participate and show initiative in implementing activities. The management believes that the company’s most valuable resource is its people. By managing their suitability, motivation, and satisfaction, the management seeks to create an environment in which employees are committed to achieving the company's HSE goals.
  • Accessibility of the Policy: The policy is available to every employee, as well as to all external stakeholders and the public. It can be reviewed at any time and will be made available upon request
  • Process, System, and Factual Approach: The work rules established by the company are the result of interrelated primary and supplementary processes, which are considered and managed systematically rather than independently. Decisions and actions are based on objective data and facts.
  • The management of the company is committed to achieving high quality in its products and services, but not at any cost. This commitment is upheld through strict compliance with all regulatory requirements under EMS and with a guarantee of environmental protection.

Management is committed to the following goals:

  • Strict adherence to and compliance with legal norms regarding the Environmental Management System (EMS).
  • Reducing the risk of contamination from waste generated by primary activities.
  • Motivating and training staff in relation to the EMS.
  • Modernizing waste collection, storage, and transport methods by introducing a system for separate waste collection.

The management of the company ensures that:

  • The organization has the necessary resources to build, maintain, and develop the Environmental Management System (EMS).
  • It commits to ensuring that the implemented Environmental Management System functions in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
