ASAP developed and implemented the Arbitration Register for the Ministry of Justice

ASAP has successfully completed the development of the new Arbitration Register – a key national system of the Ministry of Justice, created to ensure enhanced control, transparency, and protection for participants in arbitration proceedings.

The platform enables the registration of all arbitration institutions headquartered in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as arbitration proceedings conducted before foreign institutions. The system also covers ad hoc arbitrations, ensuring comprehensive electronic oversight of processes in the sector.

Through the public section of the register, citizens and organizations can easily verify the status of arbitration institutions and the professional qualifications of registered arbitrators. At the same time, sensitive information related to specific cases is processed under the highest security standards and is accessible only to the competent authorities.
