ASAP has developed Europe's first mobile app for informed travel with a chatbot , "Travel Informed.

The leading IT company ASAP has developed Europe's first mobile application for informed travel with chatbot - "Travel Informed". The application is compatible with the systems of "Android" and "iOS" and offers accessible and free information to all users.

„Travel Informed“ provides an innovative and easy way for citizens to transmit crisis messages using their location. The app provides users with important and up-to-date information with just a few clicks, helping them to stay informed about current events and dangers in their area. The SOS-button allows every Bulgarian citizen in a distress situation abroad to be quickly located and assisted.

The mobile application "Travel Informed" is a project of the Situation Center Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, funded by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014 – 2021. It will help Bulgarian citizens traveling abroad to be better informed and to travel confidently all around the world. The mobile application also provides an opportunity to quickly connect with the employees of the Situation Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to the overseas representatives of the Republic of Bulgaria around the world.
