ASAP takes over the maintenance of the Arbitration Register at the Ministry of Justice

ASAP developed and has subsequently taken over the maintenance of the Arbitration Register at the Ministry of Justice – a key national system that introduces a new level of transparency, control, and trust in arbitration proceedings in Bulgaria.

The Register is a modern centralized digital platform created by ASAP, which consolidates the registration and management of arbitration institutions and proceedings. The system covers both domestic and international arbitration cases, including ad hoc arbitrations, providing a unified and reliable environment for all participants in the process.

The project is part of the broader efforts for digital transformation of the justice sector and plays a key role in improving access to information and increasing trust in arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

With the assumption of maintenance, ASAP will ensure the full operation and ongoing development of the system, including:

• high cybersecurity standards
• enhancement of functionalities

The public part of the register provides easy and transparent access to information about arbitration institutions and arbitrators, supporting businesses and citizens in making informed decisions.
