ASAP Successfully Adapts the E-Payment System for Euro Operations

ASAP has successfully completed the migration of the national E-Payment System to operate in euros – a key milestone in Bulgaria’s preparation for its upcoming accession to the eurozone.

E-Payment is a strategic state platform that enables citizens and organizations to quickly, conveniently, and securely pay fees, fines, and other obligations to the state and municipal budgets online. The system is an essential component of the country’s digital transformation of administrative services and serves thousands of users every day.

In connection with Bulgaria’s euro adoption process, ASAP carried out a comprehensive technological adaptation of the platform to ensure compliance with the new financial and regulatory requirements.
